• 3/19/2007 Announcing the creation of three new units within Library IT as part of an on going reorganization process. The new units are: IT Help Desk, IT Workstation & Network Support, and IT Infrastructure & Software Development.
  The IT Help Desk web site is http://www.library.uiuc.edu/ithelp. Appropriate websites will be coming for the other two units. Eventually, Library Systems Office (LSO) website's content will all be moved and these pages will be taken down. As always, the best way to report an issue, is to Log a work request
