UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT URBANA-CHAMPAIGN ISCC Training Team

Team Charge:

1. coordinates and oversees the overall Voyager training program for the UIUC Library;

2. coordinates UIUC Library Voyager training with the training program offered by the ILCSO Offices;

3. develops, schedules, and presents Voyager system overview training sessions for all Library Faculty/Staff;

4. in conjunction with the Public Interface Team, CPC, and Circulation/Reserve/Resource Sharing Team, develops, schedules, and presents function-specific training sessions for Library Faculty/Staff at the time of implementation and on an ongoing basis;

5. provides logistical support (finds facilities, does registration, produces handouts, etc.) for Voyager functional training sessions;

6. evaluates the success of UIUC's Voyager training program and recommends improvements;

7. plans and implements an ongoing program of overview sessions to orient newly-hired Faculty/Staff to UIUC's Voyager system.
