Reserve Services
Requests submitted through our email account are automatically logged into our new online ticketing system. The system will automatically generate a request received email for all requests, which includes the date and time the request was received. Please note that requests submitted in person are generally logged into our online ticketing system the following business day, so the request received email will indicate when the request was logged, not when it was dropped off.
The dates below indicate the most current date that a staff member has begun processing. Please note that as some requests take multiple days to complete, it is possible that a request from an earlier date is still in process. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as each request is completed.
At this point in the semester, reserve requests are generally completed by the end of the following business day.
