Class Request Form

This form is intended for instructors and faculty who are teaching courses that fulfill the Composition I requirement. These include Rhetoric 101-102, 103-104,105, Speech Communications 111/112, and ESL 114-115. Please request your class at least two weeks prior to the desired date(s).

Instruction for Speech Communications 101 is also provided by the Undergraduate Library.

If you would like to request a library instruction session for a class other than those listed above, please contact Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe, Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction, at ljanicke@uiuc.edu.
