What is the Career Cluster?

The Career Cluster is a special, self-service collection of books for students interested in learning various types of information about college, graduate school, careers, job-searching, financial aid, internships, and working/studying abroad. The Career Cluster contains undergraduate and graduate college profiles, college rankings, college test study guides, job-searching and career guides, as well as lots of other useful information you can use to make important educational and career decisions. Career Cluster materials do not circulate, meaning you can't check them out. However, the Career Cluster area offers comfortable couches and chairs for browsing.

For information on resume critiques and other programs the career center provides at the Undergraduate Library, visit the Career Center resume critique webpage.

For further information on jobs in particular, check out the Career Services Center website. They offer services which include "mock" interviews, resume reviews, and a Career Resources Center containing hundreds of books and magazines that offer information on career planning.

How can I find stuff?

Red: Financial aid and scholarships.
Orange: College and graduate school information as well as college test guides.
Yellow: Career and industry specific information.
Green: Resume & cover letter writing, interviewing and job-seeking advice.
Black: Internships, studying and working abroad.
