You Have Leadership Impact! Making the Most of Your Style
There are managers and then there are leaders. Traditionally, managers are those who get tasks completed, “managing the task and goals”- making sure it is done right. Leaders are known as those who inspire others to want to meet and exceed the goals, helping others to focus on right things. Both take an understanding of how their role impacts the output of others. Your style – communication, cognitive processing and leadership, all impact the ability for others to give their best. Understanding and better utilizing your style can help you gain better results as you manage and lead in the organization.
