Staff Development and Training

1. Beth will add in Corporate Time the dates for the meetings for the rest of the year: January 2, February 6, March 6, April 3, May 1, June 5, July 3
Beth will request Oracle calendars for Lyn and Diana.
2. Beth will ask Jodi for a list from Systems to aid in Orientation.
3. Beth will ask Cindy about web pages to go along with the orientation checklists. Jennifer can work on this if nothing has been started.
4. Beth will send a note to Bill Mischo and copy Beth Sandore that Staff Development and Training needs some sort of Wiki space in the new CMS that would be non-private for procedures, and the like. Other support that the committee needs from Systems includes support for the electronic calendar (E*vents), possible better sign up system that E*vents, a mechanism for updating the experts list automatically behind bluestem, space to put online tutorials, training object sharing, digital media server.
5. Beth will email Tom Teper about the customer services video.
