To complete the training, please do the following:

1. Go to http://www.etcc.il.gov/

2. Select the "training login" option

3. Enter the following USER ID:

      first name+middle initial+last name+2 digit month of
birthdate+2 digit of day of birthdate

      Example:  John R. Smith born June 20 would be johnrsmith0620

     Note:  If employees have difficulty logging in, please
ask that they try again without their middle initial.

4.  Enter the following PASSWORD: illinois1

5. You will be asked to change your password
