How Can I Create Filters On My Cliff E-Mail Account?

In order to create a filter on your Cliff E-Mail account, follow these directions:

1. Log into your Cliff E-Mail account through the web interface.

2. Click the Options link near the top-center of the browser window.

3. Click Message Filters in the right-hand column.

4. Click New, under 'What to Scan.'

5. Create your filter with the settings that are common to the spam you receive or messages you wish to filter.

A few examples:
If you no longer wish to receive messages from a certain sender:
Match: From
Contains: Sender's e-mail address
Move to: Junk

If you don't wish to receive messages regarding certain topics:
Match: Subject
Contains: Home Loans
Move to: Junk

If you wish to automatically move messages to a specific folder:
Match: From
Contains: Sender's e-mail address
Move to: Forums (the name of a folder in your account)

6. Click Submit after each filter is created.

7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you have created all the filters you need.

8. Click Done.
