UIUC BRONZE TABLET AWARD

Small image of The Bronze Tablet for 1961

Since 1925, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has recognized the academic achievement of a select group of undergraduate students by inscribing their names on bronze tablets, which are prominently displayed on the first floor of the Main Library. Only the top 3% of undergraduate students receive this highly coveted award.

To locate an award winner, first select the relevant decade or year in which the student graduated, then use the "Find" feature in your Web browser (often Ctrl-F) to search for their name.

Note: The Student Code contains detailed information regarding the criteria for the Bronze Tablet Award (Article 3, Part 4).
