Service Statement

The Preservation and Conservation Units seek to provide the UIUC library system and its patrons with the best service possible. It is our collective and individual responsibility to ensure that materials entering our workflow are processed promptly, efficiently, and properly while continuously improving the service that we offer. We encourage open communication within the units and from members of the campus community as to how we can improve our services.
