Reformatting and Replacement
Reformatting print resources at the University Library largely falls to
the Brittle Books Program. Brittle circulating materials in need of repair
are
routed to the Brittle Books Coordinator as part of the Preservation and Conservation
Program’s triage efforts. Items are searched for replacements and evaluated
for reformatting. Additionally, this unit secures replacement pages for damaged
library materials. Please refer to our brittle books replacement and reformatting policy.
