How to Order GEN Forms from Graphic Services
- Fill out a Graphic Services copy request form, complete with a signature from the secretary
at the University Librarian's Office, BEFORE taking it to Graphic Services.
- Be sure to be clear you want a certain number of "streamers".
There are 4 streamers cut from a full sheet of
paper, and we have had a couple people request 500 "copies" and get
2,000 "streamers".
- Mail the form to the Graphic Services. You can bill the charge to your
operating funds account. Streamers can typically be delivered in under
one week, but may take longer during
very busy times of the academic year.
