  • Your Printing History - (report a problem) Have a problem with a print job printed at a LibPrint location, report a problem by logging into your printing history.

  • UIUCnet Wireless FAQ (CITES) - This page answers frequently-asked questions that are specific to wireless technology in general and to UIUCnet Wireless in specific.

  • UIUCnet Wireless Access Locations (CITES) - Information on where wireless internet access is available throughout campus.

  • UIUCnet QuickConnect (CITES) - No software to download! New connection provided by CITES allows for authentication without the VPN client.

  • UI Public Wireless (CITES) - Visitors who have no affiliation with the University can connect to the Internet through this service while on campus.

    Public Copying and Scanning

     
  • Scanning available in the Library. Main Stacks on 4 East, 5 East and 9 East. Undergrad on upper level. Grainger's scanner is on the first floor. Math, Music and Art & Architecture Libraries also have scanners for public use.

  • Photocopy Information - Information on locations and on using your I-card or copy card.

  • Scanning Available for Students at CITES Labs - The CITES locations at English Building and the Illini Union have scanners.

  • Scanning Available for Students Living in the Residence Halls - Located in the computer facilities rooms.

    Troubleshooting

     
  • Ask a Librarian - Ask a question and get an immediate response from reference staff in the Undergraduate Library or Reference Library during scheduled hours of operation.

  • System and Services Alerts - Lists library computer system and access problems and issues that may affect patron and/or staff computer access.

     
  • CITES Help Desk - Offers free advice as well as fee based consulting on personal computer and network account issues.
