Employment Policy
Also, known under the name "The National Council of La Raza" (NCLR) is a private
non-profit organization established in 1968. It investigates public policy related to
employment, including youth employment, discrimination in employment, rural worker
adjustment to urban life, and displaced worker problems. It also produces statistical
analysis on education of Hispanics and Latino Education. It publishes a quarterly
newsletter Agenda.

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics is "the principal fact-finding agency in the field
of labor economics. It produces data relevant to the needs of users and to the social and
