LSSC Meeting MinutesPresent: S. Birgerson (for J. Adamczyk), M. Crook, L. Engels, R. Hough, C. Kopp, S. McFarland, E. Schroeder, J. Watkins, T. Webb, G. Witte

Meeting with Paula Kaufman.
--She could not yet speak about the budget, but would send out a statement soon. Unit heads will have to set priorities, if all work can't get done.
--All Staff Retreat, positive response. Announcement of this year's winners should be posted soon to LON. Paula will check to see if/when a retreat summary will be posted.
--If the Library's HR Office is unable to assist with an issue, staff may consult with Bob Burger.
--The committee has decided to postpone pursuing a CSE Retreat until after the Library has converted to Voyager and Oak Street activities have leveled out.
I. Minutes of May 22, 2002, meeting were revised and approved.
II. Reports
A. Admin Council (Jane) -- No report.
B. Faculty Meeting (Renee) -- Mostly budget discussion.
III. Updates/Discussions
Reaching Forward South -- LSSC will request sponsorship at the same level as last year.
IV. New Business
Printing issues. There will be changes as of July 1.
