The American Bibliography of Slavic and East European Studies, also known as ABSEES Online is based at the University of Illinois and maintained by editors located at the University of Illinois as well as by other contributing editors at research institutions throughout the U.S. The bibliography of online records includes records dating back to 1990. ABSEES staff adds current content to the database while also digitizing older records dating back to 1956. A subscription to this database is available through EBSCO Publishing.
