Located at George Washington University,
the Archive is a collection of previously classified political documents,
often relating to Latin America. Currently, featured documents contain
information Mexico's foreign policy on Cuba. Older documents discuss
Argentina's Guerra Sucia.

Draft of the Inter-American
Democratic Charter. This charter, drafted in San José, Costa
Rica between June 3-5, 2001 must be completed by September 10, 2001. This
Web site is meant to encourage the participation of citizens throughout
the hemisphere in developing this "affirmation of democratic principles"
through comments, suggestions and other types of input. Also viewable in
French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Research Institute (SIPRI). A union database of international affairs
related article citations compiled by a number of European research institutes.
Spain's CIDOB (Barcelona) contributes most of the Latin Americanist content,
thus the CIDOB boxes must be checked to maximize search results on Latin
America. The Fundación CIDOB
also has a searchable database
with Latin American content of interest.
