FEE SCHEDULE FOR ILLINET LIBRARIES

Basic Charges FREE There is no charge to NON PROFITS for a loan or photocopy of up to 70 pages sent via ILDS. FAX and Ariel ® transmissions (30 page limit) are also free. Illinet for profit libraries $10.00
ADDITIONAL SERVICES / CHARGES
Copies over 70 pages Minimum $5.00 Each additional 20 pages or part thereof $2.00 / Minimum $5.00 charge.
UPS (non-ILDS) Minimum $5.00 Each 5 pound increment:
2-5 pounds = $5.00;
6-10 = $10.00;
11-15 pounds = $15.00; etc.
FEDEX Cost of shipping Account number to be charged must be supplied.
Special format handling fee $5.00 + cost Filming, photography, oversize, etc. and charge for large job estimates.

FEE SCHEDULE FOR LIBRARIES IN THE U.S. AND CANADA
(Individuals may request a single copy of an article for educational use. Loans of materials are only made to Institutions.)

Basic Charge $15.00 (loan)
$10.00 (photocopy) 		Provides a loan of one title of up to 4 volumes, or 4 reels of microfilm, or 4 boxes microfiche sent via UPS (up to 10 pounds). Provides for one photocopied article up to 30 pages sent 1st class, FAX, or ARIEL ®.
OCLC Non-IFM $3.00 Invoice Processing Fee.

Photocopies over 70 pages $2.00 Each additional 20 pages or part thereof over initial 30 pages.
U.S. Mail 1st Class or

FEE SCHEDULE FOR INTERNATIONAL REQUESTS

Basic Charges (Our preferred payment method is IFM, however IFLA vouchers are also accepted). $25.00 Provides a loan of one title of up to 3 volumes, or 4 reels of microfilm, or 3 boxes microfiche when 2 pounds or under.
Payment by IFLA vouchers is 3 Full (green) for loan and 2 Full (green) for a photocopy. International Postage Coupons (IRCs) are no longer accepted beginning July 1, 2006. $15.00 Provides photocopied article up to 30 pages shipped airmail.
$10.00 Provides photocopied article up to 30 pages shipped Ariel ®.
Shipping Charges $10.00 for 2 pounds and under. $10.00 added for every 2 pound increment over the initial 2 pounds. Material is sent as via U.S. Airmail.
