This page lists the Hebrew and Yiddish vernacular materials at the UIUC Library and notes
the locations, call number ranges, and approximate volume counts. Please
note that the term "column" refers to one vertical three-foot wide and nine-foot
high unit of shelving. Please note that Modern Hebrew Literature is classified by the
Library of Congress Classification system. All other call numbers below are Dewey Decimal
Classification.

located in the West End of the Modern Languages and Linguistics
Library. This Alcove contains selected reference sources and
literature.
