Associate Professor of Library Administration

Global Studies Librarian

Subject Specialist for Political Science and Speech Communication

Current Position:  Serve as half-time subject specialist for political science and speech communication in the Education and Social Science Library where my duties include collection development, instruction, and reference.  The other half of my position is as Global Studies Librarian.  There I work directly with the Center for Global Studies to support research, scholarship, and programming for the many projects this Center has undertaken.

Research Interests:  Exploration of human-computer interaction through web page design in order to facilitate access to library resources is the area in which I have done most of my applied research.  At the more theoretical level, I have been researching the effects of government policies on the informational aspects and resources of non-governmental organizations.
