The Rosetta Project, sponsored by Children's Books Online, is a digital collection of illustrated antique children's books that were published in the 19th and early 20th century. The site offers versions of its collection translated into multiple world languages. (Note: all the images on the S-Collection pages are taken from books in the Rosetta Project's collection.)

The Children's Book Council is a non-profit trade organization that has been dedicated to encouraging literacy and the use and enjoyment of children's books. This site offers a variety of information including booklists, author and illustrator links, reading activities, and events such as Children's Book Week and Young People's Poetry Week.

This site is well-organized and easy to navigate with many informative links. The site gathers and categorizes a wide range of Internet resources for children's literature, providing descriptive annotations to awards sites, Best Books lists, author lists, children's literature organizations and other resources.
- Fairrosa Cyber Library of Children's Literature
This site contains links for reviews, authors, and illustrators, booklists, and fulltext versions of some fairy tales, folk tales, and classics. The author, a librarian, is a fan of both dragons and Lewis Carroll, so these topics receive prominent treatment.
