Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security

About the Collection

The Arms Control Collection contains works dealing with issues of arms control, disarmament, and international security. Materials in the collection are primarily reference books, including indexes, yearbooks, handbooks, bibliographies, monographs, and serials. The collection does not represent all of the library's holdings in these areas; additional materials are present throughout the libraries on campus. Overall there are approximately 26,000 books and pamphlets on arms control, peace, and security in the University of Illinois Library. The materials in the Arms Control Collection are, however, the most comprehensive and specialized. Please direct all comments or requests for information to Lynne Rudasill.
