Subject Guides
Who:  This Subject Guide includes links to web pages created by many other colleges and universities with Federal Depository Libraries that select a high percentage of depository items to help those searching for government information on a specific topic. 
What:  A "Subject Guide to Subject Guides" -- by clicking on any of the subjects listed below, you will find links to a variety of collections of web (and some print) resources that will help you find information on that particular topic.
Why:  This site has been constructed to provide more centralized access to a number of valuable subject-specific web pages that have been designed by Federal Depository Libraries.  These web pages serve as pathfinders to government information on a variety of topics that are available on the web.
How:  To find government resources on a particular topic, click on the area that most closely matches or relates to that topic.  For instance, information on climate can be found under the Environmental Studies link.  You might also keep in mind that resources for certain topics might be found under more than one subject heading (i.e. Business and Economics topics may overlap).  There are also a number of other sites that should be consulted which provide a multitude of pathfinders on a wide variety of topics; links to these sites can also be found in the table below.
