Online Chat Reference |
We are available to answer
questions about government information via the UIUC's Ask a Librarian
service from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Like our
other reference services, chat reference is available to anyone with a
question about government information whether or not they are affiliated
with UIUC. Reference librarians from other
departments are available throughout the day and evening, so someone may
be available to answer your question if we are not. Click
here to log in.
The UIUC Government Documents Library also participates in Government Information Online, a chat and e-mail reference service offered by government information librarians across the country. If a UIUC government information librarian is not available to answer your question, it will be answered by a government information librarian from another library. Click on the Government Information Online link for details of this service or to submit a question.
