Lesson 2: Title Searching

Many UN documents have titles that are ambiguous or that do not indicate what subjects the document is actually about.  However, if you know an exact title or you know part of a title that is fairly unique, you may want to search using the Title field.

Let's say you know that there is a series of documents entitled "Focus on Women" which are connected to a conference on women. You will want to search this phrase in the Title field.

  1. In input box, type focus on women.
  2. In drop-down menu, choose in Title.
  3. Click Search button.
