Connecting to AccessUN

For taking the hands-on practice with a live link, simply click on one of the links below that will open a second browser window. You will need to switch between the tutorial and AccessUN. If you are unsure how to switch between windows, click for instructions.

Option One:

  1. To get to AccessUN through the University Library's homepage, click on this link http://www.library.uiuc.edu which will open a new browser window.
  2. Click on the Search for articles link.
  3. Click on alphabetical listing.
  4. Click on AccessUN.
Option Two:
  1. To get to AccessUN through the Government Documents Library homepage, click on this link http://www.library.uiuc.edu/doc which will open a new browser window.
  2. Click on AccessUN link which is listed under International/United Nations.
Option Three:

To get to AccessUN directly, click on this live link http://infoweb.newsbank.com/ to NewsBank which will open a new browser window.

Using any of these options to connect to AccessUN, the first screen you will see is below. From this screen, you will need to click on the text Readex AccessUN.
