Guide to Sources in City Planning

The following is a selective guide to basic research resources available at UIUC, and especially in City Planning at the CPLA Library. It is not meant to be comprehensive, but an overview of materials that may be useful in beginning research. Areas covered include city and urban planning, design, land use, housing and transportation. Items which will be available only to UIUC community members, with a log in name and password, are noted as UIUC, all other universal resources are noted as WWW. Print resources, unless otherwise noted, are available in the CPLA library with its location noted if relevant (e.g. Reference).
