Planning Committees

Two committees have been created to plan for moving collections to the Oak Street Facility. Both committees report to Bart Clark.

Operations Committee
Charged with planning for all aspects of moving materials to the Oak Street Facility, as well as planning for access to those materials, once transferred, e.g. bar-coding, security stripping, etc.

Selection Committee
Charged with making decisions, with appropriate consultation with
bibliographers and others, which materials will be transferred to the Oak Street Facility.
