- Compustat
- Standard & Poor's Compustat is a database of financial, statistical,
and market information on publicly traded companies in the U.S. (NYSE, Amex, NASDAQ)
and Canada. This database covers over 10,000 active and 9,400 inactive public
companies. College of Business subscribes to the Annual and Quarterly Industrial, Annual and
Quarterly Canadian, Daily Fundamental, Bank, and Business Information files.
- CRSP
- The University of Chicago's Center for Research in Security Prices'
database containing stock price and related information on more than 22,500
NYSE, Amex, and NASDAQ-listed securities. College of Business subscribes to Daily, Monthly,
Excess Return, and Supplemental NASDAQ files.
- IBES
- IBES is a database of earnings estimates from the Institutional
Brokers Estimate System (IBES) for more than 6,000 publicly traded U.S.
companies and more than 18,000 publicly traded companies in 51 other nations.
These data are compiled from about 7,000 analysts representing 800 brokerage
firms. College of Business subscribes to the Detail and Summary IBES files.
- Nikkei
- Financial information on over 2,000 Japanese manufacturing firms as
well as nearly 200 Japanese banks.
