WorldCatWorldCat is a service of the OCLC FirstSearch service. It allows a user to find information and materials from around the world. There are a couple of techniques used to find collections of working papers. 1. Accessing WorldCatFrom the Business & Economics Library's home page, click on the Library Catalogs hyperlink. From there, you will be presented a number of catalogs. Under the Off Campus Catalogs section, click on the WorldCat option. Presented will be a number of text search fields. If you type in "Working Papers" in the text field and search by key words, the result set that returns is over 40,000 items. 2. Doing a Title SearchTo restrict the results to a more manageable number, first change the drop-down list from keyword to Title for the phrase "Working papers". Next, in the Limit type to: section, click on the "Serial Publications" check-box. Running this query will return over 800 items, which you can limit further depending on your needs. |
