The National Bureau of Economic Research website provides access to many different working papers in the Economic Field. You can search the collection by using the text search function or by browsing the papers. One place to begin browsing is to start with the Journal of Economic Literature (JEL). The JEL classification system starts in 1991, so older papers are not included. You can access the NBER working paper archive at the following link http://papers.nber.org/papers.html.
