The Offline Image Viewer is a downloadable piece of software from the ARTstor website that allows you to create slideshows for classes or demonstrations. You can save presentations on your hard drive and access them the way you would a PowerPoint presentation. See the Tools menu bar for the "Offline Image Viewer Download".

This guide will teach you how to create a dynamic presentation using both ARTstor images and your own personal images, save your presentation for future use and view your presentation.

*Please note a new version of the OIV (2.6) was released in the summer of 2006. This version is now compatible with Macs with Intel Duo Core processors and allows for the importation of PowerPoint presentations. If you have an older version of the OIV, please uninstall that version and reinstall the new version from the ARTstor website.
