Library Hours and Services Affected by Campus Budget Reduction Although the Library's budget reduction is substantially less than most other units on campus, it nevertheless will impact many library services. Please note that the schedules for most libraries have changed. The Grainger and Undergraduate Libraries will be open until 3:00 a.m. during the fall and spring semesters, but many other libraries will be open fewer hours. The fall schedule for all libraries is available at http://www.library.uiuc.edu/services/ . ollection resources also are affected. Serial cancellations due to inflation and the expected loss of buying power for monographs published outside the United States will reduce the amount of new materials the Library can purchase.
